Engineers Week 2020

February 17th-21st

Engineers Week is a week dedicated to celebrate the contributions the engineering community makes to our society. It also promotes STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) fields to younger generations, which is what our event is designed to accomplish.

The local ASHRAE chapter, along with the local IEEE chapter, is inviting 8th grade students from surrounding area school districts to come to the Trane campus for an event featuring discussions with people in various engineering disciplines, a tour of the Trane Technology Lab, a competitive activity and lunch.

Interested in sponsoring our eWeek event?

ASHRAE will be releasing press releases regarding the event and the sponsors involved.  There will also be opportunities for signage at the rooms used for discussion and activities.

We plan on inviting local media (television, newspaper and radio) to cover our event which, in the past, has been featured on evening news telecasts.

Sponsorships will go towards lunch, activity material or signage purchases.  If you would like your donation to go towards something specific, please let us know and we will try to accommodate each request as best as possible.

A little money will go a long way so please consider donating to help us enlighten our local youth.
